Robinsons Jewelers Return Policy

Standard Jewelry Returns:

  • We accept returns of unused and unworn items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Items must be in their original condition, without any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • All original packaging, certificates of authenticity, reports, appraisals, receipts, and other accompanying paperwork must be returned with the item.
  • Returns made between 31 to 90 days from purchase will be accepted for store credit only. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.
  • Items must be sent back insured for their full value. Please contact our customer service for an insured shipping label.
  • Custom jewelry and special orders are excluded from this policy.

Custom Jewelry and Special Orders:

  • Returns on custom jewelry and special orders within 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Items must be in their original condition, without any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • All original packaging, certificates of authenticity, reports, appraisals, receipts, and other accompanying paperwork must be returned with the item.
  • Items must be sent back insured for their full value. Please contact our customer service for an insured shipping label.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team to discuss the return and obtain any necessary return labels or instructions.
  2. Securely package the item(s) and include all original paperwork.
  3. Send the package using the provided insured shipping label or, if using your own shipping method, ensure it's insured for the full value.
