Jewelry Return Policy
- We accept returns for unused and unworn items within 30 days of purchase for full refund to the original method of payment.
- Item must be in original condition and not sized or altered in any way.
- All boxes, packaging components, certificates of authenticity, reports, appraisals, receipts and other paperwork must be returned with the item.
- Returns after 30 days and before 90 days will be accepted for full store credit. No returns will be accepted after 90 days from purchase.
- Item must be sent insured, covering the full value of the items. Contact us for an insured shipping label.
- Custom jewelry and special orders excluded.
Custom Jewelry and Special Orders Return Policy
- Returns on custom jewelry and special orders will be accepted within 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Item must be in original condition and not sized or altered in any way.
- All boxes, packaging components, Certificates of Authenticity, reports, appraisals, receipts and other paperwork must be returned with the item.
