At Robinson's Jewelers, we are committed to ensuring that your purchase arrives in a timely and safe manner. Please review our shipping policy below:

Shipping Methods:

  • We ship all orders via expedited FedEx, and all domestic US shipping is free.
  • Orders are insured for their full value.
  • All shipments are shipped adult signature is required.
Processing Time:
  • Our processing time for all orders is 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, processing time may be extended.
Shipping Times:
  • Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days within the United States, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
  • International shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Please note that shipping times may be delayed due to customs processing and other factors outside of our control.
Products with Extended Lead Times:
  • Some of our products have extended lead times, and details regarding those lead times can be found on the product pages.  We will contact you abut any extended lead times.
  • If your order contains products with extended lead times, your order may not ship until all products are available.
  • For products that require sizing or engraving, we will contact you shortly after your order is placed to confirm the details and provide you with an estimated shipping date.

Order Tracking:
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order on our website or the FedEx website.
Shipping Restrictions:
  • We currently do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by the carrier.
  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, be sure to get in touch with us immediately so that we can assist you in obtaining a replacement or refund.
